Welcome to Guest Apartments "Just a Dream" – Your home away from home in the heart of Troyan!
Located right next to the picturesque Osam River, our apartments offer the perfect blend of modern comfort and proximity to nature.
The building is newly constructed (completed in 2025) and features 8 stylishly furnished apartments, ideal for both families and groups of friends. Guests also have access to a spacious shared dining area with a fully equipped kitchen – the perfect space for shared meals and a warm, homely atmosphere.
In front of the building, you'll find free public parking, and just a short walk away are mineral springs, scenic mountain trails, and all the amenities of the city.

Checking in with us is completely contactless and incredibly simple.
We don’t have a reception desk or staff on site, but everything you need will be provided in advance.
On the day of your arrival, we will send you:
🔐 An access code for the building’s main entrance – to be entered on the electronic keypad.
🗝️ A code for the key safe, located right next to the staircase – inside you’ll find the key to your room.
Everything is clearly marked, and the check-in process takes just a few minutes – no waiting, no paperwork.
